We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We sell authentic items, if you are not sure about the quality of the items you can check it with a professional, if they states different, please provide us with a document.
We can refund you only if we receive back the item in its original condition and the return is requested within the 14 days timeframe.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Simply return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund and disputes:
We strongly encourage you to contact us for any issue you may have with your orders. We will try our best to resolve your concerns.
Once a transaction is disputed trough your bank regardless the reason, we can't assist you further with any exchange, return, replace or reship products. We will await the bank dispute outcome and we will continue dealing only with your bank. We will be unable to provide you customer support or any other assistance.
Cancellation Policy
We also accept order cancellations within 24 hours from when the order was placed. If your item is damaged upon arrival, we are happy to either send you a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund.
